O’Donnell & Associates Senior VP Mike Cinquanti Named to Albany County Business Development Board
Cinquanti joins the Advance Albany County Alliance to help grow and retain the business sector in Albany County
ALBANY, NY–Government relations firm, O’Donnell & Associates announces that Michael Cinquanti, Esq., Senior Vice President and Counsel has been named to the Board of Directors for the Advance Albany County Alliance, a corporation that focuses on business development and growth, retaining and attracting jobs and promoting Albany County.
Cinquanti brings more than a decade of government relations experience to the AACA Board, along with his legal expertise surrounding New York law and regulation to help the business and nonprofit sectors in Albany County find solutions and achieve results.
“It’s an honor to join the Board of Directors at the AACA,” says Cinquanti. “I look forward to collaborating with its team of economic development professionals to create a business landscape in Albany County where everyone prospers.”
At OD&A, Cinquanti manages the government relations program of the New York State Building and Construction Trades Council, and advises various clients in a broad range of activities including procurement, infrastructure, casinos, health & pharmaceuticals, business regulations, and tax law.

Michael’s accomplishments include the expansion of New York’s prevailing wage law, the National Popular Vote interstate compact, the NYS Fair Play Act, and the recently spearheaded the successful lobbying effort to establish numerous labor and procurement standards for the renewable energy industry.
Recognized as one of Labor’s Rising Stars by City & State, Michael, a native of Amsterdam, N.Y., is a graduate of Ithaca College and Albany Law School. Since 2019, he has served as a Commissioner for the Albany Port District Commission.
