BUFFALO, N.Y.- Top NY lobbying firm, O’Donnell & Associates is pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of two associates with the firm:
Diane Ong’s position has been elevated to Chief of Staff.
Michael Greco will serve as Senior Associate.
Ong joined OD&A’s growing New York City office in 2022 where she assists multiple clients in building relationship strategies with both Downstate and Upstate elected officials, including coalition building efforts for legislative campaigns. Her successes include helping the American Museum of Natural History land $10 million in capital funds and supporting their growing partnership with the NYS Education Department. Fresh off a stint working as an Operations Associate with Harris for President, Diane managed an out-of-state volunteer program, shifting almost 31-thousand enlistees to battleground states.
Greco has been with OD&A since 2021 and has been instrumental in securing client wins, including the coordination of a multi-million-dollar Port Infrastructure Development Program proposal at the Port of Buffalo aimed at increasing climate resiliency and economic output. His efforts also helped direct $1.1 million in federal funding to the Monroe County Water Authority for critical, system-wide cybersecurity upgrades, as well as assisted clients in securing funding through state and local budget processes. Michael will continue to split his time between OD&A’s Buffalo and Albany offices.

Ong has a B.A. in History and Conflict Management from UNC-Chapel Hill where she served as President of the UNC Young Democrats, directing community engagement and advocacy efforts with a special focus on youth engagement.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Michael received degrees in Political Science and American History with a focus on domestic policy.
“Working within the political realm has always been my passion,” says Greco. “I look forward to continuing to serve our clients in this new capacity.”
