Emily Sullivan brings passion and experience in political campaigns to her role at O’Donnell & Associates. That experience includes contributing to Janelle Stelson’s landslide congressional primary victory in PA-10 and to the Pennsylvania Democratic Coordinated Campaign. At the Coordinated Campaign, Emily was responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the voter outreach team in Cumberland County, PA, for the Biden-Harris and later the Harris-Walz campaign.
A recent graduate of Dickinson College, Emily earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science with honors in three years and completed the Political Science Honors Thesis program with research in political theory. At Dickinson, she leveraged connections from her campaign work to coordinate with the local Democratic Committee on fundraising and voter outreach efforts. She also served as the student advisor for the coordination and planning of Dickinson’s first Political Action Symposium.
With her background in grassroots mobilization and organizing, Emily provides O’Donnell & Associates with actionable insights into the evolving legislative and campaign landscape.
Based in New York City, Emily frequents the city’s many cultural institutions in her free time.
